We answer all common questions about ordering, payment methods, shipping costs and delivery times. You will also find out everything about our 14-day return policy and the 2-year warranty on watches.

Order & Payment
To place an order, simply select the desired product and add it to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart". You can then continue shopping directly or go to your shopping cart. There you will see an overview of all selected items, and you can change the quantity or remove products.
Once you click the "Checkout" button, you will enter your personal data (billing and shipping address) and then proceed to the payment methods. After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email, which contains all important information.
We want to offer you the greatest possible flexibility. Therefore, you can choose from the following secure payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) – easy and fast online payment.
- TWINT – the most popular mobile payment method in Switzerland, secure and straightforward.
- PayPal – use your existing PayPal account for secure processing.
- PostFinance – conveniently pay with your PostFinance account.
- Prepayment/Bank Transfer – You transfer the invoice amount in advance; shipping will occur after receipt of payment.
- Cash - You pay on-site at our store in Worb.
Yes, the security of your data is particularly important to us. That's why all payments are processed via SSL-encrypted connections. This ensures that your personal data and credit card information are protected at all times. In addition, we only use established payment providers that meet the highest security standards.
Yes. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all details by email. In addition, a detailed invoice will be included with your delivery.
Should you wish to make a change after placing an order (e.g., different size, incorrect address), please contact us immediately after completing the purchase via our contact form or by email at kontakt@raspe.ch. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will of course try to make adjustments.
Yes. As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive a separate payment confirmation by email. For bank transfers, it can take 1–2 working days for the amount to be credited to our account, depending on the bank.
Yes. You can also place orders directly in our store and pay on site. Information about the address and opening hours can be found under About Us.
Shipping & Delivery
We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery with Swiss Post typically takes:
- 2–4 business days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- 3–7 business days internationally (depending on the destination country and customs formalities)
Please note: On public holidays or during periods of very high order volume, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: free shipping for all orders
- International: Shipping from CHF 10.– (depending on weight, destination and shipping method)
The exact costs will be displayed in the checkout.
Tracking depends on the shipping method chosen:
- For smaller and inexpensive products, we often ship by A-Post letter to keep prices low for you. These shipments have no tracking.
- For higher order values or more delicate items, we ship with tracking and, if desired, registered. In this case, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.
This way, we ensure that your valuable orders always arrive safely.
Yes, in addition to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we also deliver to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs abroad start at CHF 10 and vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Please note that when shipping internationally, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These are levied directly by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in our shipping costs.
- The amount of the fees depends on the value of the goods and the regulations of the destination country.
- The buyer is responsible for the proper handling and payment of these fees.

Yes. You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our store. To do so, select the "Store Pickup" option at checkout. As soon as your goods are ready for collection, we will notify you by email.

Returns & Warranty
Yes. You can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days.

As the buyer, you bear the return shipping costs, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
All watches come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Should a defect occur, please contact us by email.

Products & Quality
Water resistance varies from model to model and is specified by manufacturers in ATM (atmospheres), meters, or bar. The following guidelines apply:
- 3 ATM / 3 Bar / 30 Meters
Splash-proof – suitable for everyday use (e.g., hand washing, rain, or sweat). Not suitable for showering, bathing, or swimming. - 5 ATM / 5 Bar / 50 Meters
Water-resistant for showering or hand washing. Not suitable for prolonged swimming or diving. - 10 ATM / 10 Bar / 100 Meters
Suitable for swimming and surface water sports. Not suitable for scuba diving or deep freediving. - 20 ATM / 20 Bar / 200 Meters and more
Also suitable for sports diving with compressed air tanks (depending on the model).
Please note:
- The specifications in meters do not refer to the actual diving depth but to the test pressure the watch withstands in the laboratory.
- Water resistance only applies to new, undamaged watches.
- To maintain water resistance long-term, the seals should be checked regularly and replaced during battery changes.

We place the highest value on quality, durability, and skin-friendliness. Therefore, our jewelry and watches are made from high-quality materials:
- Stainless steel – robust, easy to care for, rust-free, and resistant to scratches.
- Titanium – particularly lightweight, hypoallergenic, and extremely corrosion-resistant.
- Sterling silver 925 – a classic precious metal with high purity and timeless elegance.
- Gold alloys – available in 375 (9 carat) and 750 (18 carat), suitable for various demands and budgets.
- Gold colors – jewelry in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold, matching your individual style.
All items are, of course, nickel-free and therefore perfectly suitable for sensitive skin.
Yes, we offer matching spare parts and watch straps for many of our models. Important to know:
- Watch straps are "consumables" and wear out at different rates depending on the material, care, and wearing habits. Regular replacement is completely normal.
- Our range includes straps made of leather, stainless steel, titanium, and other materials.
- Should you require a special strap or spare part that is not listed in the shop, we can, in most cases, arrange these for you directly from the manufacturer or from our retail store.
Yes, our online shop only displays a portion of our entire product range. In our physical store, you will find a significantly larger selection of watches, jewelry, and watch straps. Additionally, upon request, we can also procure other renowned brands for you, such as Rado, Tissot, and many more.
This means:
- Even if you don't find a specific model in the shop, it's worth inquiring.
- Especially for watch straps and jewelry, our selection in-store is even broader.

Care & Service
To ensure your watch remains reliable and beautiful for a long time, we recommend the following basic rules:
- Clean the case regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, or strong cleaning agents.
- Leather straps should remain dry and not be worn while showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations and magnetic fields, as these can affect timekeeping accuracy.
- For waterproof watches, the seals should be checked regularly and replaced when the battery is changed.

Proper care significantly extends the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:
- Silver: Clean with a special silver polishing cloth or in a silver bath to prevent tarnishing.
- Gold-plated jewelry: Gently wipe with a soft cloth. Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as the gold plating is more delicate.
- Gold and Platinum: Clean regularly with mild soapy water and then gently polish.
- General: Do not wear jewelry during sports, showering, or sleeping – this avoids unnecessary wear and tear.
Yes, we are your partner for professional watch and jewelry services in the Bern and Thun region. Our services include:
- Battery Replacement for Watches:
We perform professional battery replacements in our workshop. Usually, your watch will be ready for pickup from the next day.
➝ We only offer same-day express battery changes in exceptional cases, as we value careful execution and water resistance testing.
- Revisions and Factory Service:
Mechanical watches and high-quality timepieces require a complete overhaul at certain intervals. Upon request, we will send your watch directly to the respective manufacturer (e.g., Certina, Rado, Tissot, etc.) for comprehensive service. - Jewelry Repairs:
We reliably and precisely repair damaged jewelry (e.g., rings, necklaces, bracelets). - Alterations and Adjustments:

Wedding Rings, Partner Rings & Engagement Rings
Yes. In our goldsmith's studio in Worb, we create wedding rings entirely according to your wishes. You decide on the material (e.g., yellow, red, or white gold, platinum, silver, carbon, titanium, wood), surface texture, shape, setting, and engraving. Each pair of rings is a one-of-a-kind piece that tells your personal story.

Yes. In addition to custom-made pieces, we offer a wide selection of rings available for immediate purchase in-store. Examples from our range include:
- Stainless steel and titanium rings – robust, modern, easy-care

Yes. In our store, you will find a fine selection of engagement rings, especially classic solitaire rings. These are characterized by a single gemstone – usually a diamond – elegantly set and considered a symbol of the uniqueness of your love.

Yes. In our assortment, you will find high-quality alliance rings (also called memory rings). These rings are fully or partially set with brilliant-cut diamonds or gemstones – a symbol of the many shared moments in a partnership or marriage. They are ideal as an addition to a wedding ring, an anniversary ring, or a stackable ring.

Yes. Many of our rings are also suitable for couples who wish to symbolize their commitment without getting married right away. You can start with simple rings and later enhance them with engravings or gemstones – this way, the rings grow with your relationship.

We answer inquiries as quickly as possible. You can generally expect a response within 1–2 business days.
Yes, absolutely. You can visit us anytime during our opening hours for a personal consultation.
General
Yes. In addition to our online shop, we operate a watch and jewelry store in Worb (Bern/Thun region). There you will find a larger selection of watches, jewelry, rings, and bracelets than is available in the online shop. Many items are only available directly in the store.

- Monday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

- By car: 3 free parking spaces are available directly in front of our shop.
- By public transport: Worb station is only about a 5-minute walk away. This means we are also easily accessible by train and bus.
Yes. We offer vouchers in various amounts. However, these are only available in-store and can be collected there immediately. Online purchase or digital delivery is not currently possible.
Yes. The online shop only displays a portion of our range. In the store, you'll find a larger selection of:
- Watches from various brands (e.g., Boccia Titanium, Pfalzer, Wassner, Monomania, Ornaiment, Certina, Votum, a.b.art, Trauffer, Le Temps, Mondaine, M-Watch, and others – we can also source other brands for you upon request)
- Jewellery made of gold, sterling silver 925, titanium, and stainless steel
- Watch straps in many variations (leather, stainless steel, titanium, silicone, vegan)

Yes. For battery replacements, repairs, jewelry alterations or individual consultations, you can simply bring your items during opening hours – we will personally take care of them.
