Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days without reason. You will receive a full refund. Excluded are engraved items and rings that have been made to a specific size. Items must be undamaged and unworn in their original condition. You will receive a receipt from the post office when you drop off the package. Please keep this safe, as in the event of a lost package, your return can only be credited upon presentation of this receipt – provided the package was returned by registered mail. The cost of return shipping is at your expense. We reserve the right to deduct additional costs incurred from the purchase amount (e.g. customs duties, fees, etc.).

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the item offered. If a warranty promise is declared in the product details, we ask you to check the warranty promise (warranty certificate) upon receipt of the goods. A validly issued warranty certificate for branded products entitles you to claim warranty service (according to the warranty description) from any declared brand dealer. If no warranty is declared, you are not entitled to this service.

If the item is in stock (shipping in 1-3 days), the delivery time is generally 1-3 business days plus standard postal delivery time. Subject to prior sale. For items that are not in stock (shipping in 3-6 days), the delivery time depends on the supplier. We will inform you by email as soon as possible regarding this.

Should the ordered product not be deliverable on time because our supplier does not deliver it to us on time, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, you are free to wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, any services already rendered will be reimbursed immediately.
