When you bring your watch to us, the service begins with a thorough visual inspection. Regardless of the brand or model, we assess the condition, function, and external appearance of your watch. Afterwards, we carefully and professionally open the case with special watchmaker's tools – without leaving visible traces or scratches.
The empty battery is expertly removed and disposed of according to applicable environmental regulations. Subsequently, we insert a new, high-quality brand battery, such as from Renata, Sony, or Maxell. After insertion, we carefully check the function of the movement to ensure that the watch is running perfectly again.
If your watch was originally waterproof, we also offer a water resistance test. This way, you can be sure that your watch remains protected against moisture. Finally, we gently clean the case from the outside and check the strap for wear, secure fit, or loose links. If necessary, we also make minor adjustments.

The lifespan of a watch battery is typically between one and a half and three years. A battery change with us starts from CHF 20.–, depending on the brand, watch type, and effort. For particularly simple models, such as Swatch watches, we offer changes from as little as CHF 10.–. Of course, we will inform you of the exact price when you drop off your watch – transparently, honestly, and without hidden additional costs.
